As we deal in handmade leather items, each order is considered custom when you can choose the leather color, the wrist circumference, the necklace length and so on. Each item that we sell has usually one or more options, making room for a lot of different combinations as result it will impossible to sell it again. For this reason, we can’t offer refund to our customers.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once we receive the order, we instantly start processing the order. As mentioned above, it’s a custom made product, for that reason we do not offer any cancellations.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only exchange items if we sent wrong item to you. In this circumstance, you should promptly contact us with details of the product.

To be eligible for the exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processing within 1-3 days in business days and customer will receive product according to their selected location and shipment method. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long, then please contact shipping courier with your tracking code and then further any help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only exchange items if we sent wrong item to you. In this circumstance, you should promptly get in touch with us, using our contact us form, with details of the product.

Priority Mail cannot be tracked, so once order is dispatched, we cannot tell your order tracking details. For EU orders we can also offer USP courier, contact us for quote.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please make sure, you will get a tracking number only if you choose Registered Mail. Priority Mail cannot be tracked internationally so this shipping method does not come with a tracking number

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
